This would involve remote support to the UK contracts, as well as in country support to contracts in Italy. /p pbKey activities /b /p ul liTechnical analysis and reporting of machinery data (including but not limited to vibration data) /li liPeer reviewing technical reports and documents /li liAble to work effectively as part of a team to deliver our CM contract requirements to a high standard /li liPossibility of occasional site visits within the Italy region to perform routine and ad-hoc additional testing, including offshore. /li liAble to work independently and confidently /li liCustomer engagement (with office-based support team and site personnel) /li liCustomer Consultation (with office-based support team and site personnel) /li liItalian national, but being fluent in English is essential for this role /li /ul pbKey Metrics /b /p ul liEfficiency of data analysis and reporting /li liAccuracy of analysis recommendations /li liWillingness to learn and develop in the role /li liShared SLI, quality, profitability metrics /li /ul pbKey skills and experiences /b /p ul liEngineering degree or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum 3 years’ experience in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors). /li liVibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 /li liGood level of communication and reporting /li liLubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2, or equivalent /li liVibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 3 /li liExperience with client CMMS systems, like SAP and Maximo /li liUse of various hardware/software, preferably Emerson 2140/AMS /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft office /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTo conduct analysis of routine condition monitoring data, including vibration and other techniques. /li liTo report Condition Monitoring analysis results and associated corrective actions/recommendations /li liTo conduct specialist vibration analysis and equipment troubleshooting (e.g. Balancing, Orbit Analysis, etc). /li liMentoring of clients in basic Condition Monitoring techniques. /li liTo continuously improve the effectiveness of condition monitoring programmes, through defined review process in conjunction with the contract service delivery manager.. /li liUsing a defined process, demonstrate the benefit of carrying out recommendations. /li liWork within the requirements of the John Crane Integrated Management System (IMS). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
