Position Summary
In this position you will support the Marketing Nim Team working closely with the Media functions in the setup of workflows and processes and execution and automation of key reporting and insights generation, to contribute to business efficiency and gain valuable experience in the field of business intelligence
A day in the life ...
Assist in the identification of opportunities linked to the ongoing evolution of media touchpoints (e.g. influencer marketing), while strengthening capabilities and shaping structured, coherent frameworks.
Active support on Creator IQ, global tool to track and manage the influencer campaign
Organize and oversee the data collection process from various stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information and timely delivery.
Assist in the development of both quantitative and qualitative reports, maintaining a consistent layout and visual presentation, and identifying initial findings and insights.
Support the automation of reporting processes and insights generation

What Will Make You Successful
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Canva); driven capabilities are essential for successful marketing strategies and are pivotal in enhancing consumer engagement
Project Management skills
Open-minded and strong curiosity on Traditional and New Media
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly, to work closely with leadership team and different levels of seniority
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude
Ability to think beyond simple tasks and demonstrate lateral thinking
Attention to detail and the capacity to manage strict deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to build strong collaborations with networks and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in English
Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus
