Here are some key tasks and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Support clients in managing and supervising temporary workers assigned to various local departments, in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
* Upon client request, efficiently manage and track any issues related to temporary worker management, in line with defined processes.
* Collaborate regularly with client area managers, team leaders, and quality department staff.
* Provide timely feedback and collaborate in managing temporary workers.
* Assist temporary workers during onboarding sessions.
* Verify the presence of temporary workers and ensure they accurately record working hours on attendance systems.
* Provide temporary workers with all necessary information about their job, including schedules, breaks, time off, and potential changes to work programs.
* Ensure all relevant information is handled promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Customer orientation.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
* English language proficiency.
The workplace will be at the client's headquarters in Casirate D'Adda (BG), with a 40-hour weekly schedule featuring alternating daytime and evening shifts.
This opportunity involves a fixed-term contract for seasonal peak coverage from September 1st to December 31st.
