North East Italy | Padua / Vicenza / Treviso area | On-site
We are supporting an innovative technology business developing advanced electronic platforms in a highly technical R&D environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in mixed-signal board design, FPGA development, analog/digital integration, PCB design and laboratory validation.
What you will do ·
Design and develop mixed-signal electronic boards combining analog and digital components ·
Contribute to FPGA-based digital architecture and signal-processing solutions ·
Support PCB schematic definition, layout review, prototyping, validation and debugging ·
Work with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and other measurement tools ·
Collaborate closely with senior technical leadership in a product-focused, on-site environment
What we are looking for ·
Hands-on experience in mixed-signal electronics, analog/digital integration and board-level design ·
Good knowledge of FPGA development, ideally with VHDL, Verilog or similar languages ·
Practical exposure to DSP, signal analysis, filtering, ADC/DAC interfacing and PCB design ·
Strong laboratory capability across characterization, measurement, testing and validation ·
Experience in real industrial or product-development environments rather than purely theoretical research
Sector exposure in semiconductor-related equipment, precision instrumentation or other advanced electronics environments is a strong plus.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real hardware problems and wants to contribute close to the product in a fast-moving technical setting.
