JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Program. This is an apprenticeship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

Join us a Talent Acquisition Apprentice (Italian and French Speaker) in our HR Team – We are looking for 1 TA Apprendistato in Vimercate.

What You Will Do:

1. Provide talent sourcing and recruiting support to your assigned market.

2. Own the candidate search strategy for your assigned jobs

3. Seek out talent for strategically important roles, using digital tools, databases and social networks

4. Build and engage high quality talent pipelines who will see you as the Ecolab subject matter expert

5. Create compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials, work on improving brand perception in target groups

6. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, network alignment, and capability to the organization

7. Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates

8. Partner with your assigned managers to support a smooth interview and assessment process

9. Curiosity to identify new sourcing channels, platforms and technology to help us continually improve

Minimum Qualifications:

14. Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or other related areas

15. Italian Native, Fluent English and at least B1 French.

16. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

17. Customer service focused and Collaborative team player

18. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships

19. Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management

20. Driving License and a car.
