* Manage daily accounting activities such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
* Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, from purchase order processing through payment execution
* Ensure compliance with customs regulations on international transactions by processing and verifying customs documentation according to Italian and other relevant countries' laws
* Collaborate with internal teams to secure timely approvals, ensure accurate expense coding, and validate employee travel expense reports
* Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet reporting deadlines
* Maintain well-organized financial records aligned with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
* Assist with VAT reporting and ensure adherence to compliance mandates
* Prepare data for periodic CONAI declarations and manage periodic Intrastat declarations
* Support annual audits by preparing documentation and ensuring robust internal controls
* Partner with the broader finance team to continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Competenze ed esperienza
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
* At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience within a manufacturing or operational environment
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable workflows
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of VAT regulations and Italian financial compliance requirements
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
* Fluent in Italian with a working proficiency in English (mandatory)
Completa l'offerta
A permanent contract with an annual salary ranging from €35,000 to €40,000, plus a performance bonus of 10% of the salary. The role also includes a hybrid work arrangement.
