Main Responsibilities
Preparation and start‑up of the lines in your area and management of interruptions, slowdowns or breakdowns in cooperation with the Maintenance team. Execution of production activities, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and the optimisation of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery). Application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. Reporting to the Production Unit Manager and assisting in drawing up his operational plan. Ensuring that safety standards (food hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines. About You
University Master’s Degree background in Engineering or equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other manufacturing companies. Good understanding of production processes, interpersonal, and management skills. International mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector. As a good communicator, fluency in both Italian and English will be key to perform in our environment. You will work on shifts.
