Ph3Product Process Specialist – Fresh Graduate Engineer /h3 pWe are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play the role of Product Process Specialist. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liensures the compliance to build requirements of all process of the assigned area /li liprovides methodological support to production for problem solving and corrective actions and interface with Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Suppliers /li liidentifies losses and waste in the assigned process and applies the appropriate tool to solve process/product problems /li licoordinates all safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives /li /ul pReporting to the Process Improvement Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing designated manufacturing processes in a unionized, high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. /p h3Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3 ul liMaster degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering) /li li1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus /li liFluent in English (minimum B2 level) /li liAnalytical approach /li liGood team work orientation; /li liGood communication skills; /li liSense of responsibility; /li liAbility to learn and to work under pressure; /li liSense of proactivity: anticipates needs and acts. /li liTechnical knowledge of main production s Processes and Products; /li liGood leadership skills. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
