Qualifications
Experience must demonstrate the following:
* Providing litigation support to attorneys in employment law matters.
* Handling a wide variety of topics and knowledge of multiple subject areas of law, including: Federal acquisition, employment/personnel, environmental, ethics and standards of conduct, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act, fiscal, administrative, real estate matters, base operations, international, and/or intellectual property.
* Communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equal to the GS‐09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

You must possess a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution in law, or alternately a certification or degree in a related field, and/or equivalent work experience in the legal profession in accordance with requirements outlined in OPM qualification standards for this occupational series.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
