**Essential Job Functions**:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account operations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
- Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies.
- Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Provide regular updates on account performance.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
- Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
**Other Qualifications**:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
