We are looking for an bIT Service Delivery Specialist /b to join the bEMEA IT Operations team /b, composed of professionals located across multiple European countries, including Italy. /p pIn this role, you will support and coordinate IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across the EMEA region, working closely with Business stakeholders, Global IT teams, suppliers, and external IT partners. /p pThis is not a traditional helpdesk or PMO role. It is a bhands‑on operational position /b that combines regional IT operations, service coordination, and project delivery responsibilities across multiple EMEA sites. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and coordinate regional IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across EMEA sites /li liCollaborate with local and global IT teams to implement and deliver standardized IT solutions for business projects /li liEnsure effective management of project scope, requirements, timeline, budget, and benefits in line with the change framework /li liParticipate in and lead regional IT projects, deployments, and implementations /li liEnsure proper project onboarding and alignment, clarifying technical scope, stakeholder expectations, and objectives /li liProactively monitor project execution, identifying risks, issues, and impacts, and driving mitigation actions /li liMonitor and optimize process performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness /li liEngage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely project delivery /li liEnsure high‑quality and timely delivery of IT services and projects /li liCollaborate with Global IT teams, suppliers, and IT partners to ensure stable and reliable service delivery /li liMonitor IT operations performance across EMEA and coordinate incident resolution and escalations /li liProvide regular reporting and maintain accurate documentation in global systems /li /ul h3Expectations For You /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical/business field /li li4+ years of experience in IT projects, IT Operations, Service Delivery, or similar roles /li liAt least 3 years of experience in IT Operations /li liBroad IT knowledge across infrastructure, operations, service delivery, or regional IT support /li liExperience in one or more technical domains such as servers, networking, end‑user services, or factory IT (considered a plus) /li liGood understanding of Windows servers and network standards /li liProven ability to work independently in an international and cross‑functional environment /li liStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills /li liDemonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budget /li liAbility to assess task complexity and estimate timelines accurately /li liFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset /li liStrong reporting and documentation skills /li /ul h3To Succeed in This Role /h3 pTo succeed in this role, you bring a proactive mindset and strong coordination capabilities, supported by a solid IT background. /p pYou feel comfortable operating in a complex, international environment and engaging with multiple stakeholders across different regions and functions. /p pYou demonstrate strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities. /p pYou take ownership of your work and show accountability in driving tasks and projects forward, ensuring that objectives are met.
