Adecco Life Science, specialised division of Adecco Italy, is recruiting for a pharmaceutical company in Brescia, a Customer Service.

The Customer Service reports to the EU Customer service manager and works closely with EU Regional Manager and local Key account leads, so the role is part of the new wider group management team structure.

Responsible to manage the full cycle of customer orders — from order entry and processing to delivery and invoicing. This role acts as a liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth and accurate transactions and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Responsabilities:

* Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order entry, order confirmation, shipment tracking, invoicing, and issue resolution
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, deliveries, pricing, and billing
* Validate purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order information (pricing, terms, quantities, delivery instructions)
* Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
* Monitor open orders and proactively address delays or issues.
* Update price list and customer information in the system

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; high school diploma required
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management (ideally in an O2C environment)
* Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
* Strong understanding of the Order to Cash cycle and related business processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Fluency in English and German required; proficiency in Polish is a strong plus
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
