We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and bringing structure in a dynamic environment. /ppYou will work hands-on across a broad range of finance activities, helping to stabilize and improve finance operations while supporting local compliance requirements and Oracle ERP processes. Working closely with our Shared Service Center (SSC), you will act as a key link between local teams, SSC, and corporate functions, ensuring issues are resolved, processes are improved, and responsibilities are clearly defined. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliSupport and stabilize day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and local compliance activities /liliAct as the key local finance contact for topics requiring coordination between the business, Shared Service Center (SSC), and corporate functions /liliInvestigate and resolve operational issues related to Oracle ERP, e-invoicing, VAT processing, finance master data, and transactional processes /liliReview finance processes, identify root causes of recurring issues, and drive practical solutions across functions /liliSupport Italian compliance requirements including VAT, F24, ENASARCO, Declarations of Intent, statutory reporting, and audit activities /liliAssist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and finance process controls /liliProvide hands-on support where required while helping establish sustainable processes and clear ownership /li /ulh3What You'll Need to Succeed /h3ulliSolid experience in operational Finance or Accounting in Italy /liliGood understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, VAT, and statutory reporting processes /liliExperience with Oracle or a comparable ERP system /liliFamiliarity with Italian compliance requirements, including F24, ENASARCO, VAT, and statutory obligations /liliExperience working with Shared Service Centers and cross-functional stakeholders /liliStrong problem-solving mindset — you fix issues, not just report them /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliComfortable working autonomously in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving environment /li /ulh3Why Join Watlow's Team /h3pOur Guanzate site is part of a global network, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across Europe and beyond. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one.
