Position mission:
Rome Business School (RBS) is part of the international Planeta De Agostini Formaciòn y Universidades group. We are an international network made by 32 business schools and universities active in different countries, including France, Spain, Brazil and the United States.
At Rome Business School ( ) we are looking for a qualified Web Specialist to join our team. He/She will lead our marketing efforts to bring our value proposition to life across all our digital platforms. He/She will be responsible of all the tasks related to SEO, UX, Content and Core Web Vitals
Main responsibilities and task:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website ranking
* Perform regular keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization
* Monitor SEO performance and implement all required improvements
* Optimize metadata, internal linking, headings and page structure across all key landing pages
* Oversee the performance, structure and functionality of RBS website
* Lead the execution of SEO and UX improvements
* Manage and optimize site speed, mobile usability and Core Web Vitals
* Track, measure and report SEO KPIs
* Develop content SEO-optimized and manage blog strategy
* Work closely with Digital Marketing team to support lead acquisition campaigns through SEO and WEB improvements

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Economics, Marketing/Digital Marketing
* Tools: Excellent knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Wordpress
* Experience: 2-3 years of experiences in same or similar role. Background in Business School or Digital Agency will be considered a plus
Necessary competences for the development of the role:
* Proven experience in SEO strategy, execution and performance tracking
* Deep understanding of SEO best practices
* Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, A/B Tasty or similar tools
* Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and SEO performance KPIs
* Hands-on experience managing websites on CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
* Experience with A/B testing, CRO and user journey optimization
* Strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-driven mindset and solid reporting skills
* Market and business acumen: understanding of digital marketing channels and how SEO integrates with paid search, social media and CRM strategies
* Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work indipendently
* Italian mother tongue- not mandatory but a plus, if your Italian is not native- C1 it is mandatory
* English proficiency (Mother tongue / C2 / C1 level)
* Spanish is a plus
