They will serve as the primary stakeholder for the Microsoft Entra ID Governance platform, with extended responsibility for managing External Identities (B2B/B2C) and the governance of non-human identities, including bots, service principals, and AI agents.ResponsibilitiesIdentity Governance (Entra ID): Design and manage the identity lifecycle using Lifecycle Workflows, access packages (Entitlement Management), and periodic Access Review campaigns.External Identities & B2B: Define and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes for partners, consultants, and external vendors, implementing granular access controls and dedicated Conditional Access policies.AI & Machine Identity Governance: Define access policies and permissions for AI agents, Workload Identities, and applications, monitoring authorizations to prevent over-privileged access.Privileged Access Management: Manage privileged access via PIM (Privileged Identity Management), ensuring a Just-In-Time model for administrators and critical software agents.Compliance & Audit: Ensure alignment with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR) and provide technical evidence during audits for all managed identity types.Automation: Develop scripts and integrations via Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell to optimize IGA workflows and reduce manual intervention.Knowledge and SkillsDegree in Computer Science or similar is a must.Understanding of Dataver5+ years as an IAM/IGA Manager or Lead.Expert knowledge of all Entra ID Governance modules, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.Proven experience in managing B2B scenarios, federations, and secure external collaboration.Specific expertise in managing Service Principals and permissions related to automation and AI agents.SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator) or SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect) are highly preferred.
AZ-500 is considered a plus.Ability to define roles, permissions, and access policies based on the principle of Least Privilege.Ability to anticipate challenges related to corporate AI adoption.Expertise in guiding the IT team and raise business awareness regarding access security.Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels; proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating processes in dynamic and complex environments.Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
