From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your Challenge As Technical Sales Professional, your mission will be to support the sales organization by developing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for electric mobility projects. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and external partners, ensuring competitive, compliant, and technically sound offers across eMobility applications (Depot/Fleet, Public Charging, Infrastructure).
Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements, tenders, and RFQs in the electric mobility domain
Define the optimal technical solution (hardware, software, services) aligned with customer needs and internal portfolio
Prepare complete technical proposals, including system architecture, single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical descriptions
Contribute to commercial proposals in cooperation with Sales (costing assumptions, scope definition, exclusions)
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, grid codes, and local regulations

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, or similar technical field
3–5 years of experience in technical proposal engineering, system engineering, or pre‐sales
Experience in electric mobility, power infrastructure, energy systems, or related industries is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of electrical power systems (LV/MV), DC charging technologies, and grid integration
Understanding of eMobility ecosystems (charging hardware, backend software, energy management, services)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
Familiarity with standards and regulations (IEC, grid codes, safety standards) is a plus
Experience with proposal tools, Excel-based costing, and technical documentation
CAD tools and simulation tools are a plus
Passion to never-stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
Proficiency in English and Italian
Eligibility to work in Italy
