An opportunity has arisen for a Valet Driver / Bell Attendant to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and safety during valet and transportation services.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their vehicle and offering personalized assistance throughout the process.
- Open car doors for guests arriving or departing from the main entrance, greeting them with a warm smile to ensure a pleasant and memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing trolley support when needed, and ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to departure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards at all times, including holding a valid UAE driver’s license, properly using communication devices, and representing the Jumeirah brand with professionalism.
- Report any incidents, vehicle damage, or delays immediately to the Team Leader, maintaining clear communication and adherence to operational schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional personal appearance, following strict hygiene and grooming standards.
- Safeguard company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management in support of service excellence and operational needs.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, courteous, and approachable attitude
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
- Skilled in handling guest luggage and assisting with mobility needs
- Proficient in Italian and fluent in English, a third language would be an added advantage
