In this role, you will be responsible for the design of digital products and features across our websites (3 platforms: B2C, B2B and APP), translating business objectives into refined, user-centered experiences. You will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces that reflect our brand identity and elevate the user journey. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams, you will ensure that every interaction is coherent, purposeful, and optimized for usability, performance, conversion and measurable business impact.\nKey Accountabilities Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction details.\nDefine user journeys, task flows, and information architecture to simplify complex requirements into intuitive, elegant experiences.\nRefine existing pages to improve conversion effectiveness, clarity, hierarchy, and visual structure.\nMaintain consistency across products and contribute to the evolution of our design system and brand standards.\nEnsure all designs are responsive, mobile-friendly, accessible, and performance-optimized.\nValidate design decisions through prototyping, usability testing, A/B testing, analytics insights, and user feedback.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and senior designers to align on requirements and product goals.\nStay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to drive innovation. Qualifications Proven experience as a UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role.\nA strong portfolio showing high craft UI and solid UX thinking.\nProficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma).\nFull proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.\nStrong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.\nSolid understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nExperience in travel, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a plus.\nExperience with persuasive design is a plus.\nExperience with APP and B2B design is a plus.
