Your responsibilities
Aim of the position
He/She will be in charge of recruiting, screening and interviewing job applicants as well as matching candidates to suitable positions.
Main Responsibilities And Contents
He/She will support the HR Department mainly in the Recruitment activities:
* Sourcing talents using different tools;
* Managing job advertisements on job boards and social networks (eg Linkedin);
* Screening & identifying potential candidates to fill company job vacancies;
* Scheduling interviews with candidates;
* Provide feedback;
* Assist in HR initiatives (onboarding and Project training);
* Management of other tasks assigned by the Head of HR.
Your profile
The ideal candidate must satisfy the following requirements:
* Graduate with a master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent;
* At least 1 year of specific experience in recruitment, experience in engineering companies is a plus;
* Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language;
* Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office);
* Good ability to work both independently and in team.
