The Role
We're looking for aQA Engineerwho can lead testing across a complex stack of DeFi and trading products.
You'll work with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the platform's global releases meet the highest quality standards.
You'll help define testing frameworks, embed quality into the development cycle, and contribute to a culture where stability and speed go hand in hand.
What You'll Do
Design and driveQA strategiesfor multiple product components
Build and maintainautomated and manual testing pipelinesin JavaScript or Python
Develop and execute plans forintegration and data validationacross trading modules
Coordinatetest planning, scheduling, and prioritizationwithin agile teams
Identify, document, and resolve defects in collaboration with engineering
Verify end-to-end trading workflows and DeFi integrations for stability and uptime
Requirements
5+ years inQA roleswith both automation and manual testing experience
Strong grounding inQA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Scrum principles
Experience designing and executingcomprehensive QA strategies
Skilled in one or morescripting/programming languages(JavaScript, Python)
Solid communication — able todefend and articulate user-impacting quality issues
Proven ability toplan and coordinateQA activities across multiple teams
Nice to Have
Experience withcontainerized or cloud-native systems(Docker, AWS, Kubernetes)
Background inWeb3, DeFi, or trading environments
Exposure to testingsmart contract systems or blockchain data flows
Familiarity withAI-assisted or agentic testing pipelines
