Distribution Service Engineer - Italy & Balkans

Responsibilities
* Management of hotline / ticket system for distributors / installers / end users in the region of Italy & the Balkans
* Training for distributors / installers in the related region
* Onsite troubleshooting with partner success manager in the related region
* Pre-sale customer visit with account manager in the related region
* Creation and documentation of FAQs, online courses, recordings for the related region
* Weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reports on regional performance to the department center
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in after-sales or technical support for PV/ESS/O&M fields; inverter experience is preferred
* English and Italian language proficiency at C1 level; additional Chinese is an asset
* Strong willingness to learn and grow in the clean-tech industry
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Travel: 5%–10% of working time may be spent on business travel between local market and EU department center
* Not every requirement must be met; flexibility is appreciated
