The opportunity
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance, developing the team and delivering the elevated customer experience that defines the LUCA FALONI brand.
You will lead by example on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service, expertise and quality. You will also contribute to the smooth running of store operations, helping create an environment where both customers and team members can thrive.

Key responsibilities
Customer experience & client development
- Deliver exceptional personalised service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing expert product knowledge and craftsmanship stories that enhance the customer journey.
- Support the team in achieving the highest standards of customer experience and client engagement.
- Drive clientelling activities to encourage customer loyalty, retention and repeat business.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the LUCA FALONI brand.
Commercial performance
- Support the achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identifying opportunities to improve results.
