What does the offer include?
* Salary: Base gross salary of €21,113.54.
* Type and duration of contract: Initial contract of 3 or 6 months with potential for extension.
* Work days and hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (rotating days off), shifts of 8.5 hours from 7:00 to 23:30.
* Start period: July 2025

What we look for in you?
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
* Previous experience as a Vetturiero or similar role in luxury hospitality;
* Ability to effectively manage customer needs and ensure impeccable service;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Customer orientation and attention to detail;
* Strong stress resistance and ability to work in dynamic environments;
* Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays;
* Attitude towards vehicle care and maintenance;
* Punctuality and reliability;
* Ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities include
* Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure;
* Managing guest vehicles, including parking and delivery;
* Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth and timely service;
* Supporting luggage transport and other guest needs;
* Maintaining order and safety in parking areas;
* Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently;
* Vehicle care and maintenance;
* Managing vehicle-related documents;
* Monitoring safety conditions and traffic inside and outside the facility;
* Collaborating with the team to optimize workflows.
