Job Purpose
As a Prada Client Advisor, you guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing clients at the center, discovering their needs, fostering meaningful relationships, and serving as a brand ambassador. You promote Prada's philosophy and values, guiding clients into the world of Prada. You are accountable for achieving individual and store sales targets, providing excellent service both in-store and online.
Responsibilities
1. Create a welcoming environment, meeting customer needs with excellent service according to the "client journey";
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s success;
3. Achieve KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service;
4. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and DNA;
5. Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop relationships for personalized service and future opportunities;
6. Follow up with clients via CRM to strengthen long-term relationships;
7. Conduct appointments in person or virtually;
8. Promote an omnichannel approach;
9. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise clients effectively;
10. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the client service team;
11. Operate with care and respect for products;
12. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience;
13. Participate in daily store operations and maintain organized stockroom;
14. Follow operational guidelines, stock procedures, and company policies;
15. Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering open communication and a positive environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
Knowledge and Skills
* Passion for human relations and sales;
* Problem-solving skills, curiosity about luxury, fashion, art, and design;
* Experience in building long-lasting client relationships;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Deep knowledge of the product category;
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
