Giunti Psicologia is part of the Giunti Psychometrics Group and a fast-growing EdTech scaleup focused on B2C education for mental health professionals.
We are transitioning from an agency-based model to a fully in-house performance marketing approach and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist.
Your mission:
You will grow and optimize our paid acquisition channel, improving the overall performance of our B2C e-commerce. You will focus primarily on Master's programs and on-demand courses. This is a mix of hands-on and strategic work.
What you will do:
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Develop and manage hybrid funnels (lead generation + direct conversions).
* Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, and paid-attributed revenue.
* Improve conversion rates (CRO) on landing pages and across the customer journey.
* Develop and optimize marketing automation flows using Brevo.
* Work on user reactivation, retention, and lost customer recovery.
* Scale budgets progressively based on performance and sustainability.
* Coordinate with the technical team for tracking and analytics setup.
Products and funnel focus:
* Prioritize Master's programs and on-demand courses.
* Other products are managed at the category level (webinars, short courses, etc.).
* Focus on a mix of new acquisitions, retention, and lost user recovery.
* Strong focus on B2C e-commerce.
Key KPIs:
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
* Paid-attributed revenue
* ROAS by channel
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing within B2C/e-commerce
* Experience in startup or scaleup environments
Strong hands-on experience with:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads
* GA4
* CRO and funnel optimization
* Marketing automation tools (e.g., Brevo)
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
* Experience in education, healthcare, or digital training is a plus
* English level: B2 or higher (interviews will be conducted in English), knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
