We are seeking a P&C IS and Analytics Specialist. Job Purpose: To maintain P&C IS in place and related processes and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process key information. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the systems. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide clarity on budgetary constraints and financial performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation metrics. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for senior management. HR Metrics: Propose and track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee absenteeism, and other KPIs. Use these metrics to identify areas for improvement and support strategic HR initiatives. Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, system implementation, and data integration. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Hard Skills and Soft Skills required: Qualification/area of specialization: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields (preferable), or other degrees. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in P&C analytics roles in companies advanced in the subjects in question. Previous experience in implementing HR systems. Experience with advanced HR systems and/or supporting upgrades of HR systems. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, HCM systems). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate closely with Compensation & Benefits Managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business goals. Excellent project management skills and experience working with IT and finance functions.
