Overview
Our Client is a leading company specialised in the construction of filling and closing lines and processing plants for the food and beverage industry.
For them we're seeking a talentedAFTER SALES BUSINESS MANAGERwho will report to the Aftermarket Manager and is based in the HQ of Parma with frequent travel and business trips.
Responsibilities
Undertake proactive communication with customers, seeking to anticipate and resolve issues
Conduct regular customer audits and visits and define maintenance contracts, taking a proactive approach to identify and address potential issues
Engage in preventative maintenance and upgrades
Promote new products or services providing customers with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions
Pursue a high level of customer satisfaction, prevent customer churn, build stronger relationships and retain customers
Ensure the achievement of business targets (invoicing and margins) for the Aftermarket Division (service, spare parts, retrofits)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance service offerings
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer service initiatives with business growth objectives
Key Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical subject (mechanics, automation, etc...).
Proven experience incustomer service management and business development
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Leadership experience with a track record of driving team performance
Proficiency in CRM software and customer engagement tools is a plus
Ability to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities
