Nature and aim of position
This position supports the GA support team, with a focus on document updates and data management. It is well-suited for a junior or administrative profile with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Maintain and update client-facing materials on a regular basis, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards;
* Manage and input data into internal systems, verifying completeness and correctness of information;
* Conduct routine quality checks for the Team;
* Other duties as assigned;

* Accuracy & Quality
o Precision of data entries and updated documents;
o Errors identified during quality checks;
* Timeliness
o Adherence to monthly and weekly deadlines;
o Average time to complete assigned tasks;
* Efficiency & Reliability
o Tasks completed correctly;
o Number of revisions or corrections required;
* Team Collaboration (Soft KPI)
o Quality of communication and cooperation with internal / external teams;
o Feedback from colleagues on teamwork and supportiveness;
Relates and cooperates mainly with
* GA Support Manager;
* Business Analyst;
* Commercial business analysts;
* Junior Business Analyst;
* Internal stakeholders;
Background and Education
* Analitical skills and attention to detail are essential;
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to support internal communication and documentation;
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas;
* Formal education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus, but not strictly required ;
