Tasks:
- Welcoming guests
- Check-in and check-out operations
- Checking arrivals, departures and accounts
- Answering phone calls and e-mails
- Selling rooms, restaurants and spa treatments
- Organisational and concierge tasks (ordering extras, flowers, taxis, babysitting, other guest requests)
- Close cooperation and active communication with all departments (kitchen, restaurant and housekeeping)
