Ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of key business applications while acting as the primary liaison between IT and business functions to translate needs into effective system solutions. Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of processes across HR, CRM, Project Management, and ERP platforms, supporting digitalization initiatives and ensuring that all systems remain aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsabilities:

- Administer, maintain, and support various IT Applications
\nCoordinate system updates, upgrades, and integrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution across supported applications.
- Ensure data integrity, access management, and compliance with IT security policies.
- Produce documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver end-user training when needed.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvement actions.

Skills Required:
\n
- 3–5 years of experience in application management, business systems support, or IT consulting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the listed platforms (Zucchetti, Dynamics CRM, Asana, SAP Business One, SAM), and willingness to learn the others.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with business and IT stakeholders.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, configuration, and administration.
\nAbility to gather requirements, document processes, and create functional specifications.\n
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus
