The Sales

\n

Administrator is responsible for supporting sales team in day-to-day commercial activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of CRM data and reporting, assisting with sales processes, documentation, and coordination and contributing to pipeline generation through inside sales and campaign support.

\n

Sales Administration Support

\n

Provide administrative support to a national sales team of 10+ members Assist with preparation of sales documentation, presentations, and proposals Support scheduling of customer meetings and internal commercial reviews CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Manage and monitor sales trends through CRM reporting and pipeline analysis Ensure all sales activities are properly recorded to support forecasting and performance tracking Inside Sales & Lead Generation Assist in qualifying opportunities and passing leads to the sales team Sales Campaign Support Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales campaigns Monitor campaign performance and track lead generation outcomes Act as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams Support onboarding of new customers and account setup processes Maintain strong internal communication to ensure smooth sales execution CRM systems (e.g.

Microsoft

\n

Excel / Power BI (data analysis and reporting) Microsoft PowerPoint (sales presentations and decks) SharePoint / Microsoft Teams (collaboration and document management) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish Competitive salary aligned with market standards Opportunity to work within a dynamic commercial team Exposure to sales processes and structured career development opportunities The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially curious, with a strong desire to develop within a sales environment.
