Ph3Job title /h3 pEE Rollout Adoption Coordinator /p h3Contract /h3 pPermanent contract /p h3Status /h3 pManager /p h3Mission /h3 pThe EE Rollout Adoption Coordinator is accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of rollouts of projects, tools, and initiatives across European markets, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely deployment in line with corporate objectives. /p pThe role acts as a regional coordination point between central functions and European markets, supporting effective implementation and adoption while taking into account local specificities and readiness levels. /p pThis position operates with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, managing multi country complexity and ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution. /p pThe role operates within a European scope, working at the intersection of central business and ICT teams, regional structures, and National Sales Companies. /p pThe EE Rollout Adoption Manager supports initiatives impacting processes, digital tools, networks, and operational models, with a strong focus on deployment quality, market readiness, and adoption. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the European rollout strategy, including pilots, rollout waves, and deployment timelines. /li liEnsure alignment between central roadmaps, priorities, and country readiness. /li liCoordinate multi‑country rollout activities, managing dependencies, critical paths, and risks. /li liContribute to governance forums by providing rollout status, inputs, and risk assessments. /li liCoordinate execution of rollout activities across European Regions and National Sales Companies. /li liAct as the primary regional interface for markets during rollout and stabilization phases. /li liSupport countries in preparing go‑live activities and operational readiness. /li liEnsure structured feedback collection from markets and proper escalation when required. /li liWork in close cooperation with Central Business and ICT teams, Program and Project Managers and European Regions and National Sales Companies. /li liFacilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and regular progress reviews. /li liEnsure clear, transparent, and consistent communication across all stakeholders. /li liCoordinate rollout related communication and change activities. /li liEnsure alignment of training, onboarding, and support plans across countries. /li liMonitor adoption and readiness indicators at European and country level. /li liSupport continuous improvement through best practice sharing across markets. /li liTrack rollout progress, risks, and issues across European countries. /li liConsolidate and report rollout status, KPIs, and adoption indicators. /li liProvide regular, structured reporting to management and governance bodies. /li liSupport data‑driven decision making at regional level. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li5–8 years of professional experience in rollout, deployment, implementation, or regional coordination roles. /li liProven experience managing regional or multi‑country rollouts in complex environments. /li liSolid background in project and/or program coordination. /li liExperience with digital tools, processes, or network deployments is a strong asset. /li liPrior exposure to European or regional roles is strongly preferred. /li liStrong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liStructured, pragmatic, and execution‑oriented mindset. /li liExcellent communication and facilitation skills. /li liAbility to manage complexity, priorities, and interdependencies. /li liResults‑driven and solution‑oriented approach. /li liUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. /li liProject or Program Management certification is a plus. /li liFluent English is mandatory.
