WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
Supporting the preparation and implementation of workshops and focus groups to promote employee engagement activities.
Supporting the creation of surveys, monitoring, and analysis of results.
Producing material for standard and multimedia presentations.
Interfacing with company digital platforms and specific programs for activities and engagement.
YOUR PROFILE
A strong interest in learning more about the
world of HR
, excellent
communication skills
, good
project management
skills, and a good knowledge of
Microsoft 365
.
Experience and skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree
Good knowledge of English (intermediate level)
Creativity and interpersonal skills
Organization and planning
Analytical skills and digital mindset
