Who we're looking for
We are looking for a patient and tech-savvy Customer Support Intern to join our team in Rome. You will be the first point of contact for our international clients (especially those in French-speaking markets), helping them navigate our platform and solving their daily challenges. This internship is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys helping others, and wants to understand how a SaaS product works from the inside out.
Key responsibilities
* Support the team during the onboarding process for new clients
* Assist colleagues in providing customer support via email, chat, and phone
* Help update CRM and support tools with accurate client information
* Contribute to collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
Minimum requirements
* Fluency in Italian, English, and French (C1 minimum – written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Spanish is considered a plus
* Availability to work on-site at our Rome office
