The person is responsible for leading and managing the validation activities related to New Product Development (NPI) projects. She/He ensures the definition and execution of the validation plan for new developments in engineering, works with experts to define the content of the tests, and plans them with the laboratory or field test team leaders. The Platform Validation Engineer (PVE) Harvesting is a member of the Harvesting Validation team and reports to the Team Leader of the DVP, Reliability Growth Risk Management. As a leader in validation, she/he actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives related to validation and engineering. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead Design Validation Planning (DVP) for NPI and related projects by developing, reviewing, approving, and executing validation plans in collaboration with technical experts. /li liCoordinate and oversee all validation activities across NPI, PDR, PCO, and CPM projects, including test preparation, execution, data analysis and field testing. /li liProvide strong validation leadership by representing the validation voice in NPI core teams, participating in DFMEA and New Content Analysis, and driving high‑quality test requests. /li liManage validation resources and schedules by leading the machine fleet, prioritizing usage, maintaining BOM accuracy, and aligning test and machine schedules across the organization. /li liEnsure governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through metric tracking, 8D problem resolution, audit support (ISO 9001), process compliance, cross‑functional coordination, and ongoing validation improvements. /li /ul h3Your Experience And Qualifications /h3 pNote: Please submit your application/CV in English. /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Electronics). /li li6–8 years of experience in new product development and validation, preferably with agricultural or similar machinery. /li liStrong understanding of validation principles and end‑to‑end machine systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and software components. /li liExcellent communication (oral and written), leadership, interpersonal, documentation, planning, and organizational skills. /li liProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Your Benefits /h3 ul liAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our premio scheme. /li liBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time. /li liPrivate health insurance with partial coverage of medical expenses. /li liCanteen with meal allowance. /li /ul h3Your Workplace /h3 pYou will work 4 days onsite at our Breganze site and 1 day work from home. /p pWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
