The activity of the AWS domain includes front desk reparations for civil and military operators, support on the ground and in flight, and technical support for A/C developers, operators, and maintenance centers. /p h3JOB OBJECTIVE /h3 pThe Maintenance Manager will act as Certifying Staff EASA Part 145 CAT C (Rating C2 / C3 / C5 / C6 / C7 / C8 / C9 / C13), releasing repaired avionics equipment to service. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pbThe Maintenance Manager's main missions include: /b /p ul liRepresent Maintenance within the Thales Safety Board and advise the AM on Maintenance Business Management and Development. /li liManage Maintenance Technicians to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Condition Diagnosis (OCD) of Services, including workload and capacity planning, and technician recruitment. /li liPlan workshop activities and allocate resources to work orders. /li liManage the Technical Office: /li ul liEnsure availability and conformity of maintenance tools, data (DM, CMM, Procedures, AD / CN), and consumables/raw materials. /li /ul liManage stock and coordinate store management resources with the AM. /li liAct as Certifying Staff (EASA Part 145) and release maintained units to service according to applicable procedures and regulations. /li liParticipate in maintenance activities, ensuring repairs and continuous learning on current and new products aligned with Thales development strategy. /li /ul h3SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liCIT Cat C with ratings according to the Company LOA. /li liAt least 10 years experience in the aeronautical maintenance domain, with a minimum of 2 years as Maintenance Manager under EASA 145 or EMAR 145 regulation. /li liLanguages: Italian (good speaking, reading, and writing), technical English (ability to read technical documentation and write shop reports), French (notions) is a plus. /li liTeamwork and adaptability skills. /li liSkills in electronics and mechanics. /li liQualities: curious, autonomous, reactive, proactive, rigorous, able to synthesize, and flexible. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
