RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager - Site Operations to join its office in Genoa within the Energy Project Solutions Division. Mission Site Operations Junior Manager supports ensuring the delivery of defined inspection activities on time, within budget, and with quality results. This may include hiring and planning a team of site supervisors, evaluating their performance, managing contracts with clients, and delivering reports. Key Accountabilities Activity Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities and resources for site supervision services across multiple sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. Maintain interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement improvements if necessary. Personnel Management Assistance: Support in managing personnel across sites, including task allocation and supervision. Supervise inspections, reports, and documentation issued by Site Supervisors, and maintain records. Quality Assurance Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site activities. Ensure conformance to specified standards through checks, verification, inspections, or audits. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Cost Optimization Assistance: Contribute to cost optimization strategies while maintaining service quality. Help monitor and control expenses related to site operations. Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: Support accurate and timely invoicing for services. Assist in compliance with billing procedures. Resource Allocation Assistance: Assist in resource management for site supervision activities. Provide support and guidance to team members. Performance Evaluation Support: Participate in personnel and team performance evaluations. Contribute to improvement plans. Scheduling and Milestone Assistance: Support schedule development and adjustments to ensure timely completion. Contract Management Support: Assist in managing contracts for site supervision services. Support profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Support efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns and collaborate to improve service delivery. Data Management Support: Assist in accurate and timely data entry into systems. Follow established procedures for data management. Risk Awareness: Learn to identify and report potential risks. Contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Establish and maintain a project program to verify compliance with policies, objectives, and requirements, covering project and contractor organizations. Support compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, OHSES policies, and RINA QMS. Participate in environmental and safety programs to meet ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA8000 standards. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Qualifications Fluent in English and Italian.
