Performance & Operations Program Manager
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

Responsabilità
The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting the OTD and ODBL. He/She will work with Finance, Supply Chain, Global Operation and P&Ls understanding business dynamics to optimize the Customer satisfaction.
* Lead initiatives related to OTD (On Time Delivery) and ODBL (Overdue Backlog) with the aim to improve Customer satisfaction in collaboration with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions and Supply Chain;
* Elaborate quarter end OTD & ODBL estimate driving corrective actions in case of variance;
* Create a comprehensive long term tracking model, lead rhythm with Regional teams for OTD&ODBL improvement, make Regions accountable by improving visibility;
* Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required, major in Information Technology, Engineering or other related field preferred;
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Materials management, Project Management and/or Project Implementations;
* Clear understanding of Materials processes and planning and control systems;
* Strong project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment;
* Strong analytical, communication and time management skills;
* Proficient skills in PC and Microsoft Office Win Project, ERP, Oracle applications;
* Organized, detail oriented and methodical;
* Fluent English.
