VAT) and employ 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs the Sales Master Methodologist, you will be the driving force behind elevating the sales capabilities of our commercial population. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Organisation within the Sourcing Excellence Department, you will design, implement and manage flash‑sale negotiation methodologies and sales excellence programs. This strategic role is crucial for reinforcing our business growth trajectory and unlocking the full potential of our teams and brands. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDefine and implement high‑impact pitching, strategic partnership development and successful negotiation execution methodologies in collaboration with Business Leaders. /li liDesign and deliver a high‑impact training programme tailored to role‑specific skill gaps, business requirements and brand needs. /li liDevelop practical tools, playbooks and best‑practice guides to enhance commercial expertise, sharing and sales assertiveness across teams. /li liCo‑develop new commercial methodologies and strategic plans with the Sourcing Methodology Strategy Department and support their implementation with local Sourcing Excellence Managers. /li liDesign and deliver specialised sales negotiation training programmes and sessions for managers to lead their teams to sales excellence. /li /ul h3MUST HAVE Skills /h3 ul li10+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on advanced B2B/e‑commerce. /li liDeep, proven expertise in various negotiation methodologies and their practical application. /li liSuccessful track record of project and change management. /li liExcellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. /li liBusiness acumen strategic thinking. /li liStrategic AI implementation. /li liFluent English. /li /ul h3NICE TO HAVE Skills /h3 ul liFluent in French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus. /li liManagement skills. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liVariable premio. /li liOpening hours flexibility around holidays and permits. /li liThe dynamic and creative environment within international teams. /li liThe variety of self‑education courses on our e‑learning platform. /li liTeam building events afterworks. /li liTickets restaurant. /li liHybrid working model – 2 days at home. /li liFree afternoon on your birthday. /li /ul h3Team, Who We Are? /h3 pSourcing Excellence is a department attached to the Chief Commercial Officer, working for all Business Leaders across countries and sectors.
