This role involves leading store openings across Europe, from planning to project completion. Responsibilities Manage multiple retail projects across South Europe, from feasibility to handover. Oversee projects at different stages, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct site visits, meetings, and defect inspections. Monitor schedules and budgets, report progress and variances. Coordinate with stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare and present budgets for approval. Conduct bidding processes and select contractors. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Required Qualifications & Experience At least 4-5 years in construction management, preferably retail or F&B sectors. Proven track record in multi-site project delivery. Strong knowledge of construction methods, design, and European codes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel across Europe for site supervision. Desirable (Not Essential) Proficiency in CAD or project management software.
