For our production site in Badia Polesine, we are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
The role will provide advanced technical support to end users, manage hardware/software/network installations, configuration and troubleshooting. This role is essential in Badia to ensure business continuity and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical support and customer assistance for devices and software
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment
* User management in Active Directory and system access
* Troubleshooting login, VPN, and connectivity issues
* User training on new technologies
* Reviewing and updating IT documentation
* Evaluation and replacement of obsolete devices
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)
* Experience in IT service management (Service Now) and change management
* Ability to work in international and multicultural environments
Requirements:
* Degree or Technical education preferred
* Microsoft certification is a plus
* Fluent Italian, Advanced English (C1); other languages are a plus
* Timely and accurate ticket closure in ServiceNow
* On-call availability across shifts
* Compliance with corporate standards, SOX, MDR and FDA nice to have
