As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a professional with experience in managing prepress activities and direct customer interaction.
As a Prepress Coordinator, you will:
- Manage direct contact with customers
- Coordinate the activities of the prepress and front-end department
- Plan and monitor the workflow
- Manage and resolve any internal non-conformities
Technical Skills
- Experience, preferably with order management systems and customer/supplier interface
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, email, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English (French is a plus)
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Teamwork attitude
- Accuracy and reliability in process management
