The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of Alevì’s retail network by overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory planning and allocation, and guaranteeing that each point of sale is fully aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives. This role is central to supporting the brand’s retail expansion, optimising stock availability, improving sell-through, and delivering a consistent luxury experience across all retail touchpoints. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Retail Operations /h3 ul liOversee daily operations of all Alevì points of sale (owned, concessions, and pop-ups). /li liEnsure compliance with operational procedures, customer service standards, and visual merchandising guidelines. /li liCoordinate with store staff to support performance, scheduling, and operational needs. /li liMonitor store KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, UPT, ATV, NPS, shrinkage). /li liAct as the main point of contact between HQ and stores for all operational matters. /li liSupport onboarding and training of retail staff together with HR. /li /ul h3Inventory Planning Allocation /h3 ul liCreate and maintain a structured inventory planning process across all channels (Retail, Online, Rinascente, Pop-ups). /li liDevelop seasonal allocation plans ensuring the right product, in the right location, at the right time. /li liMaintain and monitor stock levels per SKU, size, color, and store. /li liPlan and execute replenishments based on sales trends, commercial priorities, and cluster/store performance. /li liAnalyse sell-through and implement stock transfers where needed to maximise full-price sales. /li liCoordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance to track incoming deliveries and align stock availability with demand. /li /ul h3Reporting Analytics /h3 ul liPrepare weekly stock and sales reports for management (sell-out, sell-through, stock ageing, size analysis). /li liIdentify opportunities to increase stock efficiency and reduce overstock/slow movers. /li liAnalyse performance by channel and store, proposing actions to optimise profitability. /li liTrack OTB (Open-To-Buy) with CFO/senior management. /li /ul h3Cross-Department Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with E-commerce to support online stock availability and forecasting. /li liCollaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct product density and assortment. /li liAlign with Marketing PR on product availability for campaigns and events. /li liSupport Finance with inventory valuations, reporting deadlines, and annual budgets. /li /ul h3Key Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. /li liExceptional organisational and project-management capabilities. /li liDeep understanding of retail KPIs, inventory metrics, and stock optimisation strategies. /li liProactive problem-solver with ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment. /li liExcellent communication skills, able to coordinate effectively across departments and with store teams. /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. /li liStrong proficiency with Excel, retail management systems, and ERP tools. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Inventory Planning, Merchandise Allocation, or similar roles within fashion/luxury. /li liExperience in multi-store networks and fast-growing environments preferred. /li liKnowledge of ERP and POS systems (Shopify, Zucchetti, or similar). /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
