Job Description:The Digital Analytics Expert will be responsible for driving optimal channel performance through expertise in analytics, testing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a background in Adobe Platforms, specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag Manager, and Adobe Target.Position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a data-driven approach, attention to detail, and process orientation. The candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining composure, with advanced expertise in digital web analytics and reporting, as well as knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.This role also demands the ability to collaborate effectively within multi-functional teams and across departments.Key Responsibilities:Utilize advanced analytics tools, primarily Adobe Analytics, to gather insights into user behavior, channel performance, and key metrics.Define and implement A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement based on data analysis.Provide training and guidance on analytics, testing, and optimization techniques to team members, fostering continuous improvement.Manage analytics resources and maintain relationships with the digital channels team.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in digital performance optimization, analytics, and testing.Deep knowledge of Adobe Platforms, especially Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Solid understanding of website architecture, performance metrics, and best practices for using data analytics in marketing acquisition.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Working Conditions:Full-time, permanent position located in Milan (hybrid work model).About ING:ING offers diverse and rewarding career opportunities within an innovative digital bank.
