Where no two days are the same. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liDemonstrate expertise in at least two PACO nodes, with the ability to independently support design and deployment activities from a project coordination perspective. /li liCheck and validate Technical Solution Documents (TSD), identifying gaps and risks and escalating them to Presales and relevant stakeholders. /li liEnsure software compatibility checks are performed and highlight any deviations. /li liCoordinate and validate the creation and presentation of High‑Level Designs (HLD) with customers. /li liOversee preparation of Customer Information Questionnaires (CIQ) based on HLD, dimensioning, and customer inputs. /li liCoordinate and validate Low‑Level Designs (LLD) according to HLD and CIQ inputs. /li liEnsure preparation and validation of data fill/backfill sheets, leveraging automation tools where available. /li liValidate project activity MOPs and ensure readiness for execution. /li liCoordinate migration and go‑live strategies in alignment with TPM governance and customer expectations. /li liManage and track design changes throughout the project lifecycle. /li liAnalyze design impacts and coordinate changes from the SU perspective. /li liEnsure bug scrubbing activities are completed before node go‑live. /li liCoordinate creation and execution of functional and non‑functional ATP Test Object Lists (TOL) with customers and delivery teams. /li liProvide coordination for troubleshooting activities, including trace analysis support with SE teams. /li liEnsure lessons learned documentation is created and properly captured. /li liDrive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions across teams. /li liExtend support to teams when needed and ensure compliance with internal JIRA processes. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or equivalent technical background. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Packet Core delivery, integration, or technical project coordination. /li liStrong understanding of Packet Core (PACO) nodes and their deployment lifecycle. /li liProven experience coordinating design, deployment, migration, and go‑live activities. /li liAbility to bridge technical teams, presales, customers, and delivery stakeholders. /li liGood understanding of Packet Core architectures and mobile network standards (2G/3G/4G/5G, LTE, VoLTE). /li liExperience working with technical documentation (TSD, HLD, LLD, CIQ, MOP). /li liStrong organizational, analytical, and risk management skills. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to operate in multicultural, multi‑stakeholder environments. /li /ul h3What You’ll Love About Working Here /h3 ul liJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. /li liEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work‑life balance. /li liHybrid work. /li liYour career growth is central to our mission.
