Early Professional Junior Service Project manager - apprenticeship contract A Snapshot of Your Day As a Junior Service Project manager you will conduct all relevant project management activities for various kinds of service projects with internal focus to meet respective project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality. You will cooperate with all the internal stakeholders and functions in order to achieve our customers satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact - You will directly support the execution and planning phases of assigned projects of service related to erection, I&C of new power transformers as well as spare parts, maintenance, upgrade/repair projects, - You will actively support in selling products and services to customers preparing related technical-commercial offers to satisfy customers requests; - You will support the coordination of the Field Service Technician Team and all resources involved in the projects; - You will prepare the necessary administrative documents requested by Customers to access to their sites, including, for instance, health and safety docs. and also technical final reporting of activities carried out. - You will be trained as project manager of services on power transformers, including claim management, but also proposal and sales activities - You will ensure the fulfillment of contract specifications, requirements, clauses, costs and timing in collaboration with other departments and external stakeholders involved; - You will establish and maintain customers relationship What You Bring - As you act in an international environment, you bring business-fluent English and Italian language skills. A third Language (French/Spanish/German) would be a plus; - You are a flexible and an open-minded person thinking out of the boundaries to achieve your goal. - As you work closely with clients and other departments, you have a good communication and strong management skills; - You are independent with Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel.
