The Manufacturing Sterile Lead is a key role within Thermo Fisher Scientific, with primary responsibilities including: Driving safety improvements in the work environment by following the company’s 4I's of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, & Involvement. Reporting safety issues and ensuring proper PPE usage. Maintaining housekeeping and 5S standards. Completing all required training. Ensuring product quality meets targets. Proficiencies are of the highest standards, including: Ensuring schedule adherence. Supervising staff and equipment performance, reporting concerns. Liaising with shift leaders or supervisors. Participating as subject matter experts in audits. Driving continuous improvement initiatives. Leading by example and mentoring technicians. Conducting effective shift handovers. Experience as a people leader in manufacturing. Proven track record of managing production teams. Experience in implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes. Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with bold targets. Willingness to work shifts.
