The holder of this position is responsible for managing Issuing Solutions integration projects with external partners, from the execution phase through to the rollout of the developed and certified solutions.
The scope of these projects includes the integration of Tax Free Shopping (TFS) functionalities into merchant solutions (terminals, POS systems) within the EU area.
This position reports directly to the IT Director Italy and is based in Gallarate.
Note: The position may require traveling.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring compliance with Global Blue Professional Services processes.
2. Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of TFS services.
3. Support the definition, implementation, and governance of an efficient Partner Integration project process.
4. Assist the Commercial Organization and Partner Manager with technical and process consultancy.
5. Ensure that the implemented Issuing Solutions are properly integrated within the GB organization.
6. Maintain updated Country Requirements.
7. Provide technical pre-sales support.
8. Offer 2nd level support to the local FS teams.
9. Conduct regular review meetings with the Partner Manager.
10. Collaborate mainly with line managers, Technology, Product, Commercial teams, and Partner Managers.
