You will take full responsibility of the assigned hardware, developing the manufacturing plan and/or optimizing the existing one to achieve the required targets in terms of process feasibility and robustness, product quality, product cost and capacity sustainment. You will also analyze quality KPI for the improvement plan of the assigned Part. /p /brh3Essential Responsibilities /h3 /brul /br liSupport concurrent engineering activities with the design engineers and/or with the customer /li /br liDefine tooling/router design effort between external suppliers and Avio Aero Manufacturing Engineering. /li /br liDrive suppliers of tooling during all steps from the concept to the functional test and related validation. /li /br liManage design and process reviews, to monitor the status of industrialization/ improvement plan for the assigned part number. /li /br liSupport operating personnel during the production of the first batch. /li /br liManage the technical validation according with internal procedures /li /br liIdentify processes optimization to be implemented /li /br liSupport Customer Quality Engineering for the anomaly report submitted to Customer and sustain Customer review of the proposed improvement plan. /li /br liBring new ideas and positive support to the current process /li /br liDevelop and consolidate best practices and standards for manufacturing /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 /brul /br liMaster’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college or Bachelor Degree and few years of relevant work experience /li /br liPrevious experience in production/manufacturing domain /li /br liFluent Italian and English /li /br liWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /li /br /ul /brh3Desired Characteristics /h3 /brul /br liStrong oral and written communication skills.
