RINA is currently recruiting for a HW & Firmware Design Senior Engineer to join its team in Milano within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division.
Mission
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team. The candidate will contribute to the development of advanced electronic systems for space applications, working closely within a multidisciplinary project team and providing technical support to the System Engineer.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the system engineer in requirement analysis
* Support in the test environment definition and test procedure preparation
* Support HW/SW integration
* Participate in system validation through testing
* Collaborate with system engineering to ensure proper verification of the requirements
* Contribute to technical documentation and reviews
* Ensure compliance with space-grade standards and quality requirements (e.g., ECSS)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electronic/TLC Engineering

Qualifications
* 3–5 years of professional experience in electronics design, preferably in the aerospace or space industry
* Strong knowledge of both digital and analog circuit design
* Experience with industry-standard tools for schematic (OrCAD)
* Familiarity with space-qualified components and radiation-hardened design practices is a plus
* Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
